Engagement Manager & Analytics Translator in AI (m/f)

In your day-to-day job, you will:

  • Lead our key deliveries in Data Science, Big Data or AI for our international clients (mostly telco, some banks)
  • Be a mediator between senior management, business and data experts
  • Solve client issues arising in the projects – you have the mandate and you’re the one with the attitude: “I’ll solve it; if I can’t, I’ll find someone who can.”
  • Assign resources from our company to the client and organize them
  • Create a positive experience for clients
  • Ensure the contract is carried out correctly and everything is on track
  • Report on the progress of the contract
  • Proactively search and identify right use cases for the data science and AI team

  • Skillset and qualifications you’ll need:

  • 4+ years relevant work experience (consultant, analytics translator, team lead or manager in CVM analytics, customer services, BI, etc.)
  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to understand and convey a message effectively across various areas of expertise
  • Excellent organizational and facilitation skills
  • Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Profound knowledge of at least one of the areas: business development, product development, marketing, analytics, project management, agile
  • English in full professional proficiency (you will communicate with non-Czech speakers daily); professional level of Czech is a plus
