This is role responsible for part of Dataclair AI product portfolio. We’re looking for candidates with previous experience in technology companies who profoundly understand how to create and maintain software products. You will work closely with our internal/external customers and development teams through all the product stages. If you’re one of the candidates, you have the courage to work in R&D environment where "R" truly means Research. You can easily manage a variety of customer requests. You are a proactive communicator, negotiator and leading person who is always stating clearly "what to build next" from the pipeline and why. As a product manager, you know how to work in SCRUM like SDLC. And last but not least, you will contribute as our teammate to build our culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- reporting to management of AI Centre
- closely cooperating with Data Science, Product and Sales Teams
- establishing and maintaining shared product vision and roadmap across the Dataclair Mobility and Fintech product stream
- considering and working with different aspects (vision, market, customers, users, engineering, technology) to build the desired product
- facilitating among Dataclair heads, customers and Dataclair teams to ensure delivery of solutions with the highest value for the customer
- defining success product metrics, monitor and analyse them to provide feedback back to the development team
- participate on customer meetings, product presentations and evaluate the feedback
- continuously helping with setup and improvements in engineering workflows that enable smooth delivery of data science outputs in the form of reliable software and data products
- continuously evolving Product Backlog based on learning and adapting to changes
- daily close cooperation with Dataclair teams (SCRUM-like events)
- maintaining transparency through the whole SDLC
QUALIFICATIONS:
What is essential:
- experience in creating and managing software products in roles of Product Manager/Owner
- experience with tools for managing software requirements, code versioning and issue tracking
- very good communication skills, empathy, active listening, decision-making, and presentation skills
- both Czech and English in full professional proficiency (you will communicate with non-Czech speakers very often - minimum C1)
What is optional:
- degree in Computer science field or a related technical field is a big plus
- experience from startup environment is a big plus
- experience working with data-oriented or analytics teams is a big plus
- experience with data warehouses, big data platforms, data science and machine learning-based products is a big plus
- experience with cloud products is a plus
